We take our responsibility regarding your privacy very seriously. The information we request when making your reservation is required to offer you a professional service.
The Amarya Group will not disclose your personal information to third parties.

1.2. Credit Card information

Your credit card information is only required to guarantee your reservation at Amarya Villa.Your credit card will not be charged until your arrival date at the time of check out.

2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

2.1. Reservations guarantee

When you make a booking, you will automatically enter into an agreement with the Amarya property you have selected.
Your credit card details are required to guarantee your reservation at Amarya Villa.

2.1. Cancellation policy

Any cancellation or modification made to your reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee, charged as an off-line payment your credit card, as per the details you have provided at the time of making the reservation.

  • Cancellation up to 15 days: 30% of the total reserved room rate
  • Cancellation between 14 to 4 days : 50% of the total reserved room rate
  • Cancellation below 4 days: 100% of the total reserved room rate will be chargeable to your card.

We reserve the right to release non guaranteed reservations.
