CANCELLATION POLICY
1. PRIVACY STATEMENT
1.1 Privacy PolicyWe take our responsibility regarding your privacy very seriously. The information we request when making your reservation is required to offer you a professional service.
The Amarya Group will not disclose your personal information to third parties.
Your credit card information is required to guarantee all bookings with the Amarya. In addition, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the reserved room rate (exclusive of taxes) is payable at the time of making a reservation at Amarya Shamiyana. Per your instructions, this deposit may be charged to your credit card as an offline payment at the time of booking.
2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
2.1. Reservations guaranteeWhen you make a booking, you will automatically enter into an agreement with the Amarya property you have selected. To guarantee your reservation at Amarya Shamiyana, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the reserved room rate (exclusive of taxes) is payable at the time of booking. The payment may be made by cash, cheque, and bank transfer or as on offline credit card transaction.
2.1. Cancellation policyCancellation or modifications made to your reservation may be subject to a fee:
- Cancellation up to 15 days: The 50% deposit of the total room rate already paid will be retained in full. In addition, 30% of the remaining balance of the total reserved room rate will be chargeable to your card.
- Cancellation between 14 to 4 days: The 50% deposit of the total room rate already paid will be retained in full. In addition, 50% of the remaining balance of the total reserved room rate will be chargeable to your card.
- Cancellation below 4 days: The 50% deposit of the total room rate already paid will be retained in full. In addition, 100% of the remaining balance of the total reserved room rate will be chargeable to your card.
